I had the pleasure to partner with Shadow on many Disney digital features. The latest project we worked on was for a Disney Cruise Line commerce site. She played a critical role in modernizing and building a commerce site that was previously a fax only experience. This commerce site now allows our guests to purchase gifts and amenities for their upcoming Disney Cruise.
Shadow was pivotal in creating an intuitive platform for our guests to shop. She navigated complex business rules and unique use cases but still found ways to keep the experience simple for the guests. I was very impressed by her ability to walk many key stakeholders through proposed solutions and find alignment.
She took the project full circle from wireframes, to high fidelity comps and worked with our developer partners to implement and launch.
